Anger tends to stem from pain.
Pain tells us we are vulnerable and we feel weak.
Anger feels strong, we feel powerful when we are angry.
If we heal the pain, there is no need for anger.
If we heal the pain we become stronger.
When we forget the hate we see what caused the pain and fix it so we don’t get hurt like that again.
What once hurt is no lesson to apply with wisdom to keep ourselves from hurting others the way we were once hurt.
When we live the wisdom we have gained we help others heal themselves.
